Pre-Loved Watches

All our pre-loved watches are professionally serviced to ensure they are in working order and are sold on a final-sale basis.

This means all sales are final, and watches are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange due to their as-is condition, which may include the following:

• Scratches or dents on the case/crystal/strap
• Minor misalignment of hands within tolerance.
• Incomplete documentation, such as missing manual, warranty card, etc.
• Missing original packaging and damage on the packaging box
• Missing extra accessories (e.g strap if any) 

The 2 Year Warranty only applies to the movement and watch functions.
